Investment Experience

Firefly Capital would consider investing in the following types of transactions:

  1. Green fields or start up businesses; 

  2. Expansion or growth capital

  3. Commercial property

  4. Distressed debt

  5. Mature equity investments

  6. Leveraged Buy-Outs (i.e. the acquisition of a business using third party debt to finance a portion of the purchase price);

  7. Management Buy-outs/Buy-ins (i.e. funding to enable a management team, either existing or new, to acquire a meaningful interest in a business from the existing owners);

  8. Replacement Capital (i.e. funding for the purchase of an existing interest in a business from the existing owners).
