• EBITDA generated for at least past 12 months greater than R5million

• Skilled management team that want to remain invested

• Funding requirement greater than R20million 

• Demonstrable barriers to entry

• High growth (greater than 20% revenue and EBITDA growth pa for the next 3 years)
