Firefly Capital invested as co-founder and provider of startup capital of Crystal Retirement Benefits (Pty) Ltd, a pension fund administration business which grew into a successful business that managed over 45 staff and serviced in excess of 20,000 pension fund clients.
 

Crystal subsequently merged with other businesses to form Maxim Employee Benefits.
